I was described at my first retirement party as tenacious, persistent and fun.
What are you most grateful for?
My family, friends and good health.
What gets you excited about life?
People. Watching people grow, whether in the workplace or within my family; personalities; knowledge; careers; personal challenges. Their excitement warms my heart.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Be truthful to yourself; don’t try to be someone you are not.
How do you define success?
I define success, by thanks, hugs, compliments. And people asking for my opinion, which indicates to me that I have done something right in my life.
What is your proudest achievement?
With only a high school education, I became a highly respected Vice President and Manager of a global bank and indirectly managing a successful team of over 120 people. What a fantastic group of people we had!
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
Through divorce at a young age and the death of a spouse at the age of 50, I learned to be yourself, be truthful to yourself, and take care of yourself. This is a huge life lesson that has made me so much stronger today.
What was the best book you’ve read and why?
All of Maya Angelou’s writings, books, poetry. She touched my soul with her words; words sometimes I cannot find.

Before M Premier Partners, Dana spent 32 years in Bank of America’s leasing, consumer loan, electronic banking, and credit card divisions as a vice president and manager, she retired from the bank in 2004. Since 2006, Dana has been a Client Services Representative in the brokerage industry starting with UBS and most recently with The HMM Group at Integrated Wealth Management. Dana enjoys gardening in her yard and taking
road trips.
